This song literally got me through the death of my Daddy and then less than 5 months later the death of my Mom. I can remember barely able to sing with this song on the radio as we left their home for what was the last time when it was in tact.
No matter what….our God is good…then and now. We all struggle….just remember even if….God can deliver us!! Such a great song and testimony.
Be safe, be healthy, be encouraged and keep trusting the Lord…He loves you so very very much!!
Alistair Begg Has been such an encouragement…well I can’t even remember how many years. We even took our son to the University he is apart when driving through CA many years ago. At that time our son was looking at many seminaries while trying to understand God’s will for his life.
I hope you are encouraged…and he is also making reference to a hymn….and well, many of you know how much I enjoy hymns.
I pray you are safe, healthy and I encourage you to keep serving the Lord well…He loves you so very very much!!
Dr. Evans is at home and his example now to stay home. Be content.
He speaks of all of the coronavirus issues affecting us.
Be safe, be comforted and be encouraged.
If you do not know God personally as your Savior. Please allow me to encourage you.
God loves you…and He is waiting for you to come to Him. Seek His love. He loves you!!! He knows every hair on your head. He created you!! 🙂 He created you for fellowship with Him…so I encourage you to turn to Him.
Again…He loves you!!
Love, hugs and prayers,
PS…Thank you Dr. Evans for your encouragement and sharing God’s Word!!

. FREE Bible Study + Community Access through March 31!**
My ministry partner, Jen Evangelista and I have decided to open up our online community, Sojo Academy, to the public for FREE now through the end of March. We understand that with churches closed and social distancing happening, it can be hard to dig into God’s word with others. Our online community is positioned to help you stay involved! We invite you to join this iron-sharpening-iron community for free right here, and dive into our March Bible study materials + online fellowship.
Here is the history of the amazing hymn: It Is Well With My Soul.
In the darkest times…”we entrust our souls to a faithful Creator.”
Be encouraged Sweet Friends, our God is with us!!
The Lord also encouraged Spafford to write this hymn after losing all his children. And on that long journey to meet his wife while crossing over the place his children passed away…he wrote this incredibly hymn of truly tremendous faith.
Jesus loves you and He will NEVER leave you or forsake you!!
You only need to trust in Him as Lord, you are His child!!
May this hymn be yours and my anthems each day of our lives…in the good and the bad!!
Be safe, be kind and know you are not alone!!
Enjoy the testimony and may you be encouraged!! And then listen or sing along to the hymn.
Let our voices rise and to praise and glorify a truly all mighty God!! One who loves you so very very much!!
